Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage clients' financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and file clients' tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with local and national tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of clients' financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and process clients' expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial data for clients in accounting software.
  • Provide clients with guidance on financial best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial and tax compliance preferred but open for fresh graduates.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling confidential financial information.
