Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage clients' financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file clients' tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with local and national tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of clients' financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review and process clients' expense reports and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial data for clients in accounting software.
- Provide clients with guidance on financial best practices and compliance requirements.
- Offer administrative assistance to the accounting department as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial and tax compliance preferred but open for fresh graduates.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
