Our Company History

2024

AMBMM is continuously seeking new clients and enhancing offerings by broadening market reach and demonstrating a commitment to excellence and adaptability.
Launching a website is a pivotal moment, as it establishes the company’s online presence and serves as a crucial platform for engaging with clients locally and abroad.
Currently, AMBMM has reached Japan. The team is now facilitating the establishment of a Japanese manufacturing company in Subic Bay.

2023

As the AMBMM’s reputation grew, so did its client base. Within two years of operation, AMBMM had expanded its team, and the small office was beginning to feel cramped. The once-charming office now seemed more like a bustling hive with desks crammed together and meeting rooms in high demand.
AMBMM decided to move to a bigger office to accommodate the growing number of the entire team with a conference room for client presentations and meeting updates.
AMBMM reviewed their growth strategy and decided they wanted to take their business to the next level. They dreamed of expanding their reach beyond local borders, inspired by the growing interest in their work from clients outside their immediate area. They knew this would be a significant leap, but they were excited about the potential.
At the end of 2023, AMBMM is servicing a number of international clients from Singapore and Hong Kong.

2022

At first, progress was slow. AMBMM operated with limited resources, and every new client felt like a mountain to climb.
The team worked closely with their clients, crafting custom campaigns, offering support, and continuously optimizing the strategies to drive real results.
By mid-2022, the AMBMM client list continued to increase, bringing it up to 20. Hence, additional manpower is needed. New hires brought fresh ideas and innovation, allowing them to expand their services.
At the end of the year, AMBMM has 30 clients in various industries, such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and many more. The journey from 3 to 30 clients wasn’t easy, but by staying true to their mission and being relentless in their efforts, AMBMM built a solid foundation for even greater growth in the years to come.

2021

With several ideas and concepts, hundreds of revisions on their feasibility study, and reviewing dozens of references, the conclusion was to start a business consulting company.
AMBMM Business Consultancy Inc. opened its office in Subic Bay Freeport Zone; it was incorporated and registered on June 14, 2021.
Obtaining a business license is a key step in ensuring your business operates legally and in compliance with local regulations.
With this, the AMBMM team is now officially authorized to conduct their activities, builds credibility with customers, and helps protect the clients’ businesses from potential legal issues.
Starting with only 3 clients, with an optimistic vision and aggressive mission, the entire AMBMM team decided that this is a risk worth taking.
Starting a business with only a few clients can be challenging, but it's a critical phase for learning, refining your offerings, and building strong, personalized relationships.
With a smaller client base, the AMBMM team focuses on delivering exceptional service, gathering feedback, and establishing a foundation for future growth.

2020

A group of professionals decided to establish a company that can assist businesses during challenging times, while maintaining optimism about what lies ahead following this unprecedented global pandemic phenomenon.
As they shared stories over coffee meetings, a common theme emerged: many businesses were struggling not just to survive but to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape. They realized that their combined expertise could offer invaluable support to these struggling businesses.
Inspired by a shared vision of helping others, they decided to join forces and create a company designed to assist businesses.
